The professional sectors are Online Marketing, Project Management / Administration, Communication Design, or Video Production.

We value enthusiasm, conceptual strength, precision, and quality. Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required.
5. Where and how should I apply as an intern?
Please send your application documents, including a letter of motivation, CV, certificates and portfolio (if applicable), exclusively by e-mail to Steffen Mai / mai@svaerm.com. Please also state how you heard about us.

After training phase, hybrid models are conceivable. For example, you can work from home 1 day a week. It depends on your tasks. According to our experience, performance by working from home varies from case to case. Therefore, we cannot make a general statement without getting to know you first.
4. What requirements do you have for students on dual study programmes?
We value enthusiasm, conceptual strength, precision, and quality. Fluency in German and English is required. If you are applying for practical experience in Online Marketing, Communication Design, or Video Production, we recommend sending work samples or personal projects. This can help you differentiate yourself positively from other applicants.
5. Where and how should I apply as a dual student?
Please send your application documents, including a letter of motivation, CV, certificates and portfolio (if applicable), exclusively by e-mail to Steffen Mai / mai@svaerm.com. Please also state how you heard about us.
6. Do you offer practical experience for students from the FOM?
Yes. The dual study programme of the FOM allows you to be in the company for 5 days a week and gain intensive practical experience. This is a good foundation for starting a career in the online marketing sector.
7. Do you offer practical experience for students from the IU?
No, unfortunately not. We have examined the IU model. 2.5 days or 20 hours per week in the company are not sufficient to ensure effective training. The study costs and additional support services are disproportionately high. Therefore, we cannot offer practical experience for students on dual study programmes from the IU.
