Christmasworld is the world’s biggest trend and order platform for the international seasonal and festive decoration sector, exclusive to B2B target audiences such as manufacturers, retailers and professional buyers. The objective of the social ad campaigns is the increase of brand awareness as well as the growth of the online community in strategically important professional visitor segments. Among other things, “Facebook Instant Experience” placements are used, a format with an immersive full screen experience on smartphones, ideal to maximize ad recall.
Though Paperworld, international trade fair for stationery, office supplies and writing instruments, as well as Creativeworld, DIY trade fair, take place at the same time as Christmasworld, their objective of social ads is even more specific: Increase awareness for selected areas and certain highlights from the program, also within specifically defined B2B target audiences. In the marketing, various multimedia formats are used.
This project illustrates that social ads can be a pivotal instrument in the communications of any modern brand, even in B2B to meet highly specialized strategic objectives.
